In recent times, Youtube has been one of my FAV finds and the channel BuzzFeedVideo is one of my go to FAV pages as well. Humour, truth and sarcasm all rolled into a less than 2 minute clip!
Sisters, I am sure you will agree that there are certain things considered ‘taboo’for a woman to say and do. No one pulled us aside to tell us, we just know it is ‘somehow’ or ‘unacceptable’ to act in a certain way. But the more we explore the reasoning behind these ‘socially unacceptable norms’, the more we realise just how hollow and unrealistic they are.
This is why I found this video quite hilarious and was compelled to share!
Our favorite is when she acknowledges she looks cute! Its almost like women are, at best, supposed to express a false sense of humility or, at worst, feel less than their worth! Our other fav, is when she leaves the table to change her tampon! Clearly another no-no!
