Sometimes, I question why I started Inspire by Glory. I question the impact it’s having. I wonder if its core audience could be bigger, if I am doing enough or growing the brand at a reasonable pace. I question and doubt my abilities to be consistent and achieve the milestones I have set for myself.
In today’s video below, a young Mark Zukerberg is explaining to a CNBC host what ‘Facebook’ is. He explains his plans to get all universities on the platform and how Facebook users have grown to over 100,000 people. Little did he know that 10 years later, his invention would be worth billions of dollars.
I can only imagine the doubts he had through out his ten year journey. Now, I am not saying we are all going to be Zukerberg type billionaires within the next decade (although who says we cant :)) but watching videos like this remind me that every entrepreneur, invention, anything successful today started out small and most likely with the same level of challenges, doubt and questions we all have. The most important thing is to remain focused on your idea. Build a little every day, push yourself as far as you can, be open to opportunities and keep at it. Starting small may not be that bad after all!
